What was the issue?
IMI is a multinational engineering organisation with operations in more than 20 countries and employing more than 11,000 people. IMI had no standardised format for inducting new employees into the organisation. IMI wanted to be able to introduce their strategy, key markets and products, major industrial applications and global footprint to new joiners in a consistent and engaging manner. IMI also wanted to convey their values and core behavioural expectations to new employees.

What did we do?
Working closely with key stakeholders from both IMI Group and its Divisions we helped design the content and flow of 3 digital inductions that show the core elements of IMI’s strategy and how this translates into customer solutions as well as demonstrating their core product and engineering application offerings. We created engaging, interactive digital learning content that blends film and animation content with motion graphics and text. The IMI Inductions are available in 8 languages to ensure that wherever you are in the world you are you receive the same induction experience.
